PFG Rewards Kioti members earn Velocity Points at a rate to be determined by PFG for the purchase of selected agricultural machinery products or tractors (Kioti whole goods) by a Dealer (to be allocated in equal proportions between all Members Authorised by the Dealer). Velocity Points earned through PFG Rewards Kioti may take up to 8 weeks after your purchase to be credited to the relevant Velocity Frequent Flyer account. It is the responsibility of Velocity members to have their Velocity membership number and name with PFG Rewards Kioti before purchasing. The Velocity member name must match the customer contact name in the customer's account with PFG Rewards Kioti. Points will not be earned if a Velocity member enters an incorrect Velocity membership number or a name that does not match the name in the customer's account with PFG Rewards Kioti
# Velocity Points quoted are the minimum number of Points required to redeem in the Velocity Rewards Store correct as of 7 December 2017 and are subject to change. You must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program to redeem Points in the Velocity Rewards Store. Redemption of Points for products is subject to the Velocity member Terms and Conditions , as well as the Velocity Rewards Store Terms of Use and other Terms and Conditions disclosed at the time of redemption. Please review all Velocity Rewards Store Terms and Conditions before making your selection. The Velocity Rewards Store is operated by Aimia Proprietary Loyalty Australia Pty Ltd (APLA). Deliveries will only be made to a physical address in Australia or New Zealand. Post office box addresses will not be accepted. Products ordered through the Rewards Store will not be dispatched until the accepted payment card payment (where relevant) for that product has been authorised by the relevant merchant bank and APLA and the relevant Points have been deducted from the member’s membership account. APLA will endeavour to deliver products purchased through the Rewards Store within 14 working days (excluding public holidays) of the completion of the order (including Accepted Payment Card authorisation and confirmation of the availability of sufficient Points).
